l Features l Inner circuit 1) Built-In Biasing Resistors 2) Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see inner circuit). 3) The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects. 4) Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy. 5) Complementary PNP Types :DTA144V series 6) Lead Free/Ro HS Compliant.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do the built-in resistors improve circuit design?
They allow for the configuration of an inverter circuit without needing external input resistors and provide complete isolation to enable negative biasing.
What is the recommended application scope for this device?
It can be used in switching, inverter, interface, and driver circuits.
Can I use this transistor for life-critical or highly reliable systems?
No. It should not be used in systems like medical instruments or aerospace machinery where failure could threaten human life.
What is the maximum operating voltage input range?
The input voltage (V_IN) has an absolute maximum rating of -10 V to +40 V.
