ROHM DTB123EK User Guide
Summary
The DTB123EK is a high-performance PNP silicon transistor designed for use as an interface, inverter, or driver in various electronic devices. Its major advantage is featuring built-in bias resistors, which simplifies circuit design by eliminating the need for external input components. This manual provides comprehensive technical data, including absolute maximum ratings, detailed electrical characteristics curves (VI(on), VI(off)), and operational parameters necessary for engineers designing reliable and efficient circuits.

DTB123EK
Features
1) Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see (3) equivalent circuit). 2) The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow positive biasing of the input. They also have
the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic
effects. 0.15
