R1161N Series

Manual Mode Shift Low Voltage 300m A LDO

The R1161N Series are CMOS-based manual mode switching LDO regulators with ECO pin featuring 300m A output. By inputting control signals to the ECO pin, the mode of the regulator can be switched to low power mode or fast response mode, thus making both active and sleep modes available for the system. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I switch the regulator between operating modes?

The mode can be switched by inputting control signals to the ECO pin, accessing low power or fast response mode.

What is the standby current consumption of the device?

The typical standby current (Istandby) is 0.1μA.

What capacitor value is necessary for stable operation?

Ceramic capacitors of 1μF or more are required if the output voltage (VOUT) is 1.0V or higher.

Are there built-in protections against overcurrent?

Yes, it features a Fold-back Protection Circuit with a typical current limit of 50mA.
