R1130H Series

8V Input 300m A LDO with/without Adjust pin

The R1130H Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 300m A output. The input voltage (VIN) is as high as Max. 8V (maximum rating of 9V). R1130H is available in two versions : the internally fixed output voltage type or the adjustable output voltage type by an external resistor. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode.
