RICOH R3119N SERIES Owner's Manual User Guide
Summary
The R3119N Series is a high-accuracy CMOS voltage detector designed to monitor input 전압 levels and provide a robust reset signal. Featuring ultra-low supply current (3.3μA), these detectors offer fixed thresholds configurable in 0.1V steps, making them ideal for power management applications. This comprehensive manual provides detailed technical specifications, including operating ranges up to 36V, specific configurations utilizing dedicated SENSE or CD pins, and pinout diagrams. It is essential reading for electronics designers creating reliable circuits such as CPU reset systems, battery checkers, and general power failure detectors.

R3119N SERIES
36V INPUT VOLTAGE DETECTOR
NO.EA-187-111104
OUTLINE R3119N Series are CMOS-based 36V input (absolute maximum ratings: 50V) voltage detector with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current. Each of those ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. There are two types: R3119Nxxx A has the CD pin for setting the output delay time. R3119Nxxx E has the SENSE pin. The supply current of IC is only 3.3μA. The detector threshold is fixed in the IC and can be set with a step of 0.1V in the range of 2.3V to 12V. Detector threshold accuracy is 1.5%. The output type is Nch Open drain type. Since the package for these ICs is small SOT-23-5, high density mounting of the ICs on board is possible.
