FEATURES DESCRIPTION

100µA Quiescent Current The LT®1317/LT1317B are micropower, fixed frequency Operates with VIN as Low as 1.5V step-up DC/DC converters that operate over a wide input 600k Hz Fixed Frequency Operation voltage range of 1.5V to 12V. The LT1317 features auto- Starts into Full Load matic shifting to power saving Burst Mode TM operation at Low-Battery Detector Active in Shutdown light loads.
