NC7ST00 Tiny Logic HST 2-Input NAND Gate General Description Features The NC7ST00 is a single 2-Input high performance CMOS ■Space saving SOT23 or SC70 5-lead package NAND Gate, with TTL-compatible inputs. Advanced Silicon
