ON Semiconductor MMQA Quad Common Anode Series Data Handbook
Summary
Protect sensitive electronics from harmful overvoltage and electrostatic discharge (ESD) with this quad monolithic voltage suppressor. Designed with a common anode structure, it efficiently provides transient protection across four separate lines while minimizing board space constraints. Ideal for critical applications like computers, communication systems, printers, and medical equipment needing reliable surge suppression up to class N ESD levels. This document details all electrical characteristics, thermal profiles, peak power ratings (up to 150W), and application data needed for optimal design integration.
