Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum isolation voltage of the TLP197D?

The specified Isolation voltage (BV) is 1500 Vrms (min).

What are the recommended operating temperature limits for this device?

The recommended operating temperature range (T) is -20 to 60 °C.

In what equipment should TLP197D NOT be used?

It must not be used in devices requiring extraordinarily high reliability, such as medical instruments or life support safety devices.

If the device operates continuously under heavy loads, is its reliability guaranteed?

No; continuous operation under heavy loads (high temperature/current/voltage changes) may significantly decrease reliability.
