Frequently Asked Questions
What are the absolute maximum operating limits for DTD143EK?
The maximum ratings specify a supply voltage (VCC) of 50 V, an input voltage (VIN) range of -10 to +30 V, and a maximum output current (IC) of 500 mA.
What are the primary applications for this component?
It is intended for general-use electronic equipment such as audio visual, office automation, and communication devices, but it is not radiation tolerant.
What critical systems should I NOT use this product in?
Do not use it in any system requiring extremely high reliability where failure could result in a direct threat to human life (e.g., medical or aerospace equipment).
How does the device simplify circuit design?
It features built-in bias resistors, which enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors.
