ROHM DTD114EK Data Manual
Summary
This specialized digital transistor is engineered for efficient use in inverter, interface, and driver applications up to 50V and 500mA. Its standout feature is the integrated bias resistors, which significantly simplifies circuit design by eliminating the need for external components while minimizing parasitic effects. The manual provides detailed technical specifications, including absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics (IO/II ratios), and application guidelines necessary for electrical engineers designing streamlined power conversion and switching circuits.
