ROHM DTC124TUA Data Sheet
Summary
These integrated digital transistors are designed for demanding applications such as inverters, interfaces, and drivers. Featuring built-in bias resistors, these components simplify circuit design by eliminating the need for external biasing resistors, allowing easy setup for basic on/off control circuits. Ideal for engineers requiring a compact, high-performance NPN planar silicon solution rated up to 100mA / 50V.

Inverter, Interface, Driver
Features 1) Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors (see equivalent circuit). 2) The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects. 3) Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the built-in resistor assist in circuit design?
The built-in bias resistors allow for inverter circuit configuration without connecting external input resistors.
What is the maximum absolute collector current ($I_C$)?
The absolute maximum value specified for the collector current ($I_C$) is 100 mA.
Can this transistor be used in life-critical equipment?
No, it should not be used in devices where failure may directly threaten human life or create a risk of injury (e.g., medical instruments).
What components are covered by the absolute maximum ratings?
The limits include Collector-base voltage ($V_{CBO}$), Collector-emitter voltage ($V_{CEO}$), and Emitter-base voltage ($V_{EBO}).
