Summary
ROHM DTC115E series are NPN digital transistors with built-in bias resistors rated for 50V and 100mA, featuring R1=R2=100k ohm thin-film resistors. The integrated bias resistors enable inverter circuit configuration without external input resistors, with complete isolation allowing negative input biasing and elimination of parasitic effects.
