ROHM DTA114GUA User Guide and Manual
Summary
These PNP digital transistors are designed to simplify electronic circuit design by integrating built-in bias resistors. This feature allows for reliable inverter circuit configuration without requiring external input resistors, while insulated thin-film resistors support positively biased inputs. The accompanying manual provides comprehensive technical specifications, electrical characteristic curves, and detailed guidelines necessary for developers building general-purpose electronic equipment, such as consumer or office automation devices.

Digital transistors (built-in resistors) DTA113ZE DTA113ZUA DTA113ZKA DTA113ZSA Features External dimensions (Units: mm) 1) The built-in bias resistor allows the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting any external in- put resistors (see Equivalent cir- cuit). 2) Each bias resistor is a thin-film re- sistor. Since they are completely in- sulated, the input can be positively biased. The insulation also elimi- nates most of the parastic effects. 3) Circuit design is simplified since only the OFF and the ON conditions have to be set.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this device in life support or critically reliable equipment?
No. It should not be used with equipment where malfunction would directly endanger human life, such as medical instruments or aerospace machinery.
Does the built-in resistor simplify circuit design?
Yes. The bias resistors allow positive biasing of the input and eliminate the need for external input resistors.
What kind of devices is this product designed to be used with?
It is designed for ordinary electronic equipment, including audio/visual, office automation, communications devices, and electrical appliances.
