MAXIM MAX333A Precision, Quad, SPDT, CMOS Analog Switch User Guide and Specifications
Summary
The MAX333A is a high-performance, quad Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) CMOS analog switch ideal for sensitive signal routing applications. Known for its upgraded reliability and superior signal integrity, it features low on-resistance (<2Ω), break-before-make switching, and robust ESD protection (>2000V). This detailed manual provides comprehensive technical specifications, including electrical characteristic charts, operational guidelines across extreme temperature ranges (-55°C to +125°C), and application insights. It is specifically engineered for professional engineers designing reliable test equipment, communication systems (e.g., PBX/PABX), and advanced industrial instrumentation.
