DESCRIPTION

The ONET2591TA is high-speed transimpedance amplifier used in optical receivers with data rates up to 2.5

Gbps.

It features low input referred noise, 1.8-GHz bandwidth, automatic gain control (AGC), 2.6-kΩ transimpedance,

and received signal strength indication (RSSI).

The ONET2591TA is available in die form and is optimized for use in TO can.

The ONET2591TA requires single 3.3-V supply, and its power-efficient design typically dissipates less than
