Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this module for life-critical safety equipment?

No. It should only be used with ordinary electronic devices; consult a sales representative if integrating it into systems like medical or aerospace machinery.

Is external electrical noise a concern when installing the receiver?

Yes, external noise sources (like fluorescent tubes or LCD backlights) may cause malfunction and reduced effective distance. Shielding is highly recommended.

What is the specified center operating frequency?

The module has a zCenter frequency of 36.0kHz.

Does the device require special handling if I don't use the included holders?

Yes, when used without holders, you must employ a grounded shield case or plate to prevent internal or external EMI noise malfunctions.
