This datasheet describes the Philips Semiconductors CBTD3306 dual FET bus switch with integrated level shifting diodes, designed for 5V to 3.3V translation applications. Each of the two independent channels provides a 5Ω switch connection between ports with a maximum propagation delay of just 0.25ns driving 50pF loads.
