 Ultra-High Speed: t PD 3.6ns (Typical) into 50p F The NC7WZ17 is a dual buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs from Fairchild's Ultra-High Speed (UHS) series

at 5V VCC

of Tiny Logic® products. The device is fabricated with

 High Output Drive: ±24m A at 3V VCC

advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high  Broad VCC Operating Range: 1.65V to 5.5V speed with high output drive, while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC
