Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Operating Temperature range for these capacitors?

The operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +85 °C.

Do these capacitors meet RoHS compliance requirements?

Yes, they are available with 100% tin termination and are marked as RoHS compliant.

What is the expected life test performance?

They can withstand a 2000 hour life test at either +85 °C or +125 °C.

How does the capacitor tolerate voltage derating during testing?

Testing up to +125 °C requires voltage derating, and leakage current should not exceed initial requirements or 1 µA.
