FEATURES DESCRIPTION
Stable with No Output Capacitor or Any Value
The TPS736xx family of low-dropout (LDO) linear
or Type of Capacitor voltage regulators uses new topology: an NMOS
Input Voltage Range of 1.7V to 5.5V pass element in voltage-follower configuration. This•
topology is stable using output capacitors with low•
Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage: 75m V typ
ESR, and even allows operation without capacitor.
