Philips TJA1020 LIN Transceiver Data Sheet User Manual

Summary

A LIN transceiver serving as the interface between LIN protocol controller and physical bus, supporting baud rates up to 20 Kbaud for in-vehicle sub-networks. Features very low electromagnetic emission, high immunity, configurable normal and low slope modes for reduced EME, integrated termination resistor, and wake-up source recognition. Operates with 3.3V and 5V compatible input levels. Includes sleep mode with very low current consumption and comprehensive bus transient protection.
