How do I use the digital food thermometer?
Press the button to switch on. Insert the sensor stem into baby's food, adjust the rubber collar so the sensor is centered. Stir while measuring. After about 25 seconds, the temperature stops blinking. Press the button to switch off.
How do I clean the thermometer?
Pull off the measurement unit from the sensor stem. The sensor stem and rubber collar can be sterilized or boiled. Clean the measurement unit with a moist cloth. Do not put the sensor stem in a microwave sterilizer.
What battery does the thermometer use and how do I replace it?
It uses one LR44 battery. To replace, turn the coin slot counter-clockwise about 1/4 turn with a coin. Remove the old battery, insert a new LR44 with correct polarity, then close by turning clockwise.
What is the recommended temperature for baby's food?
Baby's food should be around 37°C/98°F. If the temperature is too high, your baby's mouth may get burned.
