Frequently Asked Questions
What should I NOT use when assembling the stand?
Do not use power tools, such as an electric screwdriver, as this risks damaging or stripping the screws.
Is there any restriction on where I can place the stand?
No. You must assemble it on a stable and horizontal surface, bearing in mind that long-piled carpeting causes instability.
How do I safely move the piano setup?
First, disconnect all cables and raise the stand's adjuster. Then, lift the piano while keeping it level to avoid injury or damage.
What if my floor is uneven?
Lower the adjuster at the bottom of the pedal board until it touches the floor, or push it into the carpet for adjustment.
