Summary
Product specification datasheet (December 1990) for the Philips 74HC/HCT368 hex inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. Features bus driver output capability, typical propagation delay of 9 ns (HC) / 11 ns (HCT) at 5V, 3.5 pF input capacitance, and 30 pF power dissipation capacitance per buffer. Outputs controlled by two enable inputs (1OE, 2OE) for high-impedance state. Identical to the 74HC/HCT367 but with inverting outputs. Pin compatible with LSTTL. Supplements IC06 logic family docs.
