Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical endurance for a sector write?
Any sector can typically be written to in excess of 10,000 times.
Does the device support built-in data protection features?
Yes, it includes a software data protection feature that guards against inadvertent program cycles.
What is the required operating voltage and memory capacity?
It is a 5-volt-only Flash memory with 1 megabit (65,536 words by 16 bits) of memory.
How are address locations handled during read operations?
The low transition of WE (or CE), while A0 to A6 specify the word address within the sector, and the outputs load data in any order.
